To serve quality microclimate in parlour is necessary to use quality heaters and decide about optimal way of their placement.

We offer top BAUER heaters with lower energetic consuption, high efficiency, low noise and the lowest velocity of air.

FLOOR HEATING

Electric heating of parlour floor

To floor heating, where is heating mat (cable) BAUER mounting to the layer of concrete, are placed on heating isolated item. The thickness of concrete layer is not lower than 4-5cm. Accumulation of the heat is build- up to its enlargement. Direct heating of ceramic floor pavement by heating mat features:

  • lower construction height of heating system (to 20 mm)
  • possibility of installation on existing pavement without dismantle
  • lower thermal inertia, with the positive impact on regulate system
  • carry on direct heating rate D 46, D 45, D 55

Hot-watter heating of the parlour floor

Hot water floor heating system consists of plastic tubes laid on thermal insulation and poured concrete mixtures (anhydrit screed). The system completes the hot water (boiler) and acirculating pump. Plastic pipes are stored either in a special shaped slabs, or "interweaving" in the guide rails. Installation is quick and simple and almost unlimited lifetime. Under the plasticpipe is always placed insulation.

RADIANT IR PANELS - above the work zone are hung the heating panels

By the radiant panel, heat transfer occurs mainly by radiation. Radiant flux, therefore the impact of objects (walls, floor), while part is reflected (about 15%), but the greater part (about 85%) is absorbed by the objects that it encounters. Here the conversion oflight energy into heat energy (the objects heat up) and at elevated temperatures or objects, resp. warming the air over the heat away by convection - the object is heated air.

   

Foundation of the panel is surface (resistant) heating foil or string from isolated resistant conductor, which is paste into the box from steel plate. Front wall of the panel has the special preparation on the internal and also external surface. On the internal is layer of special cloth, Thermo quartz. This cloth has the highest absorption – absorption of heat (heat radiation) from the heater. On the external side there is the cloth called Thermo crystal, which to guarantee the highest effectiveness at emission of radiation from heating energy.
